Interested in UConn’s women’s leadership graduate courses but not ready to apply to the certificate?

Students with a bachelor’s degree or higher can take courses in the Emerging Women's Leadership Graduate Certificate as non-degree students. The non-degree designation allows students to take courses without being formally admitted to the University. If a student decides to matriculate into the program within six years of completing the non-degree course(s), the credits are, generally, transferable if the student received a B- or better. A maximum of 6 credits (two 3-credit courses) can be taken as a non-degree student before the student needs to apply for admission into the program. Non-degree students in these courses pay a comprehensive fee of $925 per credit or $2,775 for a 3-credit course. The cost is the same for in-state, out-of-state, and international students. Non-degree students are not eligible for federal financial aid or institutional financial aid. Non-degree students may wish to consider: Employer Reimbursement, UConn Payment PlanPrivate/Alternative Educational LoansPrivate/External ScholarshipsThird Party InvoicingTuition Waivers, or Veteran and Military Benefits.
